Michelle required support to launch her business after a relocation

Michelle packed up her paddleboard, left her role as an SUP instructor and relocated from the Cornish coastline, to the beautiful (and somewhat chiller) Whitley Bay in the North East. Her aims: Help with her young grandchildren, and to establish FreeSoul Wellbeing, her massage and yoga therapy business.

Michelle’s room above a chiropractors gave her real estate in the clinic wondow for posters, plus leaflets and business cards for the foyer and surrounding businesses.

We also launched an instagram feed with a micro-regional approach, to resonate with local footfall who would be most likely to book a session.

Activity includes:

  • Social media creation

  • Leaflet and business card design

  • Regular digital coaching/mentoring
